ULTRAMARINE WEEKEND RESIDENTIAL BOOTCAMPS are a whole new revolution in fitness training that not only improves your fitness using the outdoors but also develops team spirit and confidence through team building activities. IDEAL for Corporate and Executive Team building as well as public Bookings. But more importantly, it’s a heap of fun and very much like being a child again, but without being told off!!

All Bootcamps are carried out in the beautiful forest surrounds of Much Wenlock. You will be staying in a large converted Threshing Barn with comfortable beds, hot showers and toilet facilities and large industrial kitchen. The Barn also has a large dining area and lounge area with lots of relaxing sofas and large colour TV to unwind after a busy day of fitness and fun! All your food which will be tailored to your requirements will be supplied throughout the weekend, and we'll always cater for any specialist diet requirements. We want everyone to feel they are well looked after.

We cater for all fitness levels as seen below. You don't have to go for one of our 'set' Bootcamps. You can set the date to suit you and we can even design a Bootcamp tailored to your needs, if it be more exercise or much less exercise, or more fun activities required or even something like night time escape and evasion games. We like a good challenge!! We will even cater for Kids Weekend Bootcamps. Great for kids who wanna play toy soldiers!! And Adults alike. All Bootcamps are run by the team of RIDE THE EDGE ACTIVITY CENTRE as well as Local Shropshire (ex military) Personal Trainer Dave Bragg. Remember, Camo paint is a must!

THE BASIC PACKAGE STARTS AT ONLY £280 PER PERSON!! from FRIDAY 6PM ARRIVAL TILL SUNDAY 5 PM DEPARTURE.

Beginners Bootcamp

This is catered for Individuals who feel intimidated in the gym environment and have not exercised for a long period of time. Your Meals will be carefully planned to provide optimum nutrition as well as help burn body fat. All we ask is that you try your best and we will look after you and you'll have lots of fun!! Intermediate Bootcamp

Okay, now were getting a little more Hardcore. Make sure you get permission of ya other half first! This Bootcamp will cater for people who exercise at least 1-4 times per week. Once again all meals will be carefully planned for optimum nutrition and fuel. Prepare to get quite a bit out of breath on this Bootcamp and wake up the next morning with a few more aches in places you never thought you could ache. But you'll still feel good to carry out the activities we have planned for you as a reward for your hard work.

Advanced Bootcamp

Are you completely mad?? Excellent! Then this is the one for you. This Bootcamp will put you through some seriously tough workouts. This is a ‘top secret’ Military style workout and we promise you, that your bed will look beautiful when you finally get to sleep in it! We guarantee this will be the hardest workout you have ever done. Don't worry, we still feed you on this one (mainly grass and tree bark! only joking). Ladies Only Bootcamp

This is a great Bootcamp for Hen weekends or just a bunch of ladies looking for a fun and rewarding weekend whilst trying to get those butts and legs toned up! You can choose either a female instructor or ask for 'The Sarge' who will put you through your paces, but in a gentlemanly fashion or even both. But don't worry, he wont shout at you that much. Ultra Marine Warrior Bootcamp

Seriously! You must only do this Bootcamp if you think you are a machine or you don't need sleep. Yes, that right! Are you up for the challenge of a weekend with broken sleep patterns and constant exercise and activities? This is a non stop GO! GO! GO! Weekend. You will be pushed to your absolute limit. There is no mercy shown! But if you succeed till Sunday afternoon when the bell strikes the end, you will earn the proud title of ‘ULTRAMARINE WARRIOR’. You will be given a T shirt or fleece and Certificate to show off proudly wherever you go. more…
