Why One on One, Executive and Corporate Home Training?
First let me say thank you for deciding to make that first big step to change your lifestyle to a fitter, stronger and healthier one.
First of all! I'm not a beat around the bush kinda person. I say it as I see it. One thing I have noticed from my years of personal training and my military background, the higher the hierarchy, the more I see overstressed, over weight and run down individuals. Obviously I'm not saying everyone is like that but I see it a lot. And I always think to myself when I see people like these, wouldn't they love to be able to enjoy all their hard work and play as hard as they work instead of going home each night and collapsing in a chair or bed feeling stressed and drained.
One thing I've found out, is from the higher end market I have dealt with is that there are people out there that want to get fit but just don't have time to get to a gym or, they join a top of the range gym and find it is still a gym that doesn't have good instruction or motivation, just lots of glass, chrome and glitz and empty promises. I find it frustrating that the fitness industry has not yet realised that the human body is more than just an image. It is in itself an amazing machine and the more I advance my studies, the more I see how little people are getting from their training or personal trainers. It seems that Instructors are scared to try something new, or worry so much about failing as an Instructor that they don't put any energy into ‘actually’ training people.
Using biomechanics and your own body weight with very minimal equipment and also using Boxing Training and aspects of Martial Arts fitness training as well as Functional Training and R.R.T. ( My own devised style of training using the bodies three energy systems in a cyclic system ) I develop an individuals health and fitness and mental drive to levels you didn't think were possible. This style of training is taking off in America big style but it seems that Britain is just too stuck in its ways to develop at the same pace.
I promise you now this is not like the basic weights programs you will be given when you join a gym. This will relearn all your muscles to work properly again, making you lighter and faster on your feet and drastically reduce your chance of injuries again and hopefully (assuming it is purely due to lack of use of muscles or bad postural movements) finally get rid of those aches and stiffness you've had for so long.
Bootcamp database… Also you'll be added to the U.M.B.C. database that keeps you up to date with up and coming events such as hill walks, white water rafting, and other fun fitness related activities etc where you'll get to meet other PT clients and Bootcamp participants and develop a new circle of friends that share your new sense of adventure, such as those seen in the Newsletter. We've even had a few romances develop from these days out! Obviously it was never meant to be a dating agency but hey ho!…
I know how frustrating it is when you're a get up and go individual and the service you're paying for just doesn't have that same ‘drive and motivation’ you have within yourself or are looking for. I find I personally receive more ‘reward’ when I see a client that has self drive, and with my help, take it to a whole new level and come out with a massive grin and positive attitude.

Costs
- Daytime rate 08:30am to 5.00pm ( £18 per hour )
- 1 x 1 hour session per week £25 ( £25.00 per hour )
- 2 x 1 hour session per week £45 ( £22.50 per hour )
- 3 x 1 hour session per week £65 ( £21.66 per hour )
Please note! I will happily do 'buddy' training where you train with a friend as long as your goals are pretty much the same. This kind of training is still charged the same hourly rate. This works out even cheaper for you!!
